Returns & Exchanges

At EzyDog, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
